Q. If I do not want to pay on-line with my credit card, what are my
options?
A. You actually have several options:
1. You can call us at 1-800-718-1866 during our business hours and
order over the phone. Please write down ALL item numbers and be prepared
to give these to one of our sales associates.
2. You can use our shopping cart feature to list all of the items
that
you would like to order. Then, you can print out your shopping cart to
your printer and mail it in with your payment. You may pay with a
personal check, money order or with your credit card.
Personal checks
may need up to 14 days to clear.
3. You can REGISTER a credit card with us over the phone for all of
your on-line purchases. Then, you can simply select the option on the final
page of the on-line order form that indicates that your credit card is on
file. When we receive your on-line order we will simply apply all charges for
each of your on-line orders to your credit card.
Q. How long will it take for my order to ship?
A. If all items are in stock, we will ship your order within 48-72
hours
(or 2-3 business days.)
Q. If I order items that are in stock as well as items that are not in
stock when will my order ship to me?
A. We can wait and ship your order complete when all items are in stock
OR we can ship the available merchandise immediately and later ship your
other items when they become available. In this case, both shipments would be subject to our shipping policy.
Q. Can I pay with my American Express card?
A. Sorry, at this time we do not accept American Express. American
Express has quoted us approximately 75% MORE to process an American Express
card than Visa, Master Card or Discover. At such time that we can negotiate a
better rate with American Express we will be glad to accept American Express
cards.
Q. Can I have my order shipped C.O.D.?
A. Sorry, we do not offer this service.
