We guarantee that every transaction you make at Diecast Direct will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at Diecast Direct.

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, Diecast Direct will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00.  Diecast Direct will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Diecast Direct while using the secure server. 

In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

No problem. There are two ways you can order from us without having to enter your complete credit card number on the Web:

Call or fax in your card number:

Fill out our order form online, and once you have completed all other requested information simply print out the order form using the print command from your browser. Then, fax us the order form at (502-227-9484)

Paying by check or postal money order:

Fill out our order form online, and once you have completed all other requested information simply print out the order form using the print command from your browser. Send us the printed copy of your order form along with a personal check or money order in U.S. dollars for the amount of your order.  PLEASE NOTE that currently we are only able to accept postal money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.  Checks must have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) micro-encoded on the bottom of the check.  Paying by check does slow down your order somewhat, as we won't ship your order to you until your funds clear.  If you are in the United States, paying by personal check typically delays your order about seven to ten days.
