Is your showroom open for business?

Our showroom is now open on a LIMITED BASIS. Two (2) person maximum in the showroom at any given time.

*** In consideration of all customers, if additional persons are waiting to enter the showroom, we request that each visit be limited to a maximum of 15 minutes IF and ONLY IF others are waiting to enter our showroom. We appreciate everyone's cooperation.

Please note: A mask or face covering will be REQUIRED.

Can I pickup my order from your warehouse?

Pre-paid orders may be picked up after we have acknowledged that the order has been processed and is available at the front desk checkout window.

For large orders and ALL dealer orders, a minimum of 24 hours, or one (1) full business day, may be required for processing before pickup. Please call if you did not receive an email within 24 hours. Thank you for your understanding!

How long will it take for my order to ship?

If all items are in stock, your order will ship within 24-48 hours (or 1-2 business days.)

Currently, UPS and the U.S. Postal Service are BOTH experiencing EXTREMELY large volumes of packages throughout their distribution and sorting facilities. They have both indicated that all customers should expect longer than normal delivery times through the end of 2020.

If I order items that are in stock as well as items that are not in stock, when will my order ship to me?

We can wait and ship your order complete when all items are in stock OR we can ship the available merchandise immediately and later ship your other items when they become available. In this case, both shipments would be subject to our shipping policy.

ALL release date for future releases are approximate and subject to change. Manufacturers sometimes delay product release dates for a variety of reasons including production delays, licensing difficulties, shipping delays, insufficient pre-orders, etc.

If I do not want to pay on-line with my credit card, what are my options?

  1. You can call us at 1-800-718-1866 during our business hours and order over the phone. Please write down ALL item numbers and be prepared to give these to one of our sales associates
  2. You can use our shopping cart feature to list all of the items that you would like to order. Then, you can print out your shopping cart to your printer and mail it in with your payment. You may pay with a personal check, money order or with your credit card.

Personal checks may take up to 14 days to clear. There is a returned check fee of $25.00 for all returned checks.
