Can I pickup my order from your warehouse?
Our showroom pickup is now open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on each Tuesday or Thursday. Please contact us for available times. This will allow our staff to properly sanitize before and after each appointment visit. Please note: A mask or face covering will be REQUIRED. Pre-paid orders may be picked up with advanced notice. Thank you for your understanding!
How long will it take for my order to ship?
If all items are in stock, your order will ship within 24-48 hours (or 1-2 business days.)
Currently, UPS and the U.S. Postal Service are BOTH experiencing EXTREMELY large volumes of packages throughout their distribution and sorting facilities. They have both indicated that all customers should expect longer than normal delivery times through the end of 2020.
If I order items that are in stock as well as items that are not in stock, when will my order ship to me?
We can wait and ship your order complete when all items are in stock OR we can ship the available merchandise immediately and later ship your other items when they become available. In this case, both shipments would be subject to our shipping policy.
If I do not want to pay on-line with my credit card, what are my options?
- You can call us at 1-800-718-1866 during our business hours and order over the phone. Please write down ALL item numbers and be prepared to give these to one of our sales associates
- You can use our shopping cart feature to list all of the items that you would like to order. Then, you can print out your shopping cart to your printer and mail it in with your payment. You may pay with a personal check, money order or with your credit card.
Personal checks may take up to 14 days to clear. There is a returned check fee of $25.00 for all returned checks.
